      Poor management. You often started the project with 5 or more team members, but suddenly, only 2 of you left. Difficult to do a work-life balance

      great place to gain knowledge since the projects varied fields.

      bad schedule and resources management. you can start the project with 10 people, and in the middle there are only 3 lefts, since the others reassigned to another project
