      Pros

      There are some good managers at Shapell and some not so good managers. Your experience with the culture, training, department, etc. will heavily depend on who you report to.

      Cons

      If you get one of the not so great managers, you may not last long, because they will be there forever.

      Training was nice and the holiday party were fun.

      Cons

      You work on almost every holiday. Under paid over work. You can work at muplte property and no pay increase.

      The leadership is weak and biased. They have a lot of favoritism and treat people in certain groups very badly.
