      Pros

      The culture is the big plus of Shape. The general vibe is very friendly and multinational. They organize lots of events and employees are free to create clubs and get budgets for them to organize their own club activities with other coworkers. Shape has lots of interesting projects that span multiple platforms: mobile phones, smart watches, smart TVs, cars...

      Cons

      Although the culture is pretty good, the salary doesn't seem to match. It's mid to low range salaries. This might make people think twice about the time investment they're spending on the company and how they're not rewarded well enough.

      Pros

      - Super friendly environment - No racism or any kind of harassment - Freedom to do your work. Once task assigned, it is up to you to decide how it's gonna be done - The company is open (internally, to the employees) about how its management

      Cons

      - As usual in software agencies, the salary is not great. But still, one can make ends meet in the end.

      - Huge stability (on the market for nearly 14 years), - Supportive environment (empathetic managers, mentoring if needed, lots of internal learning and development options), - Everyone is treated with respect, - You can work on interesting mobile app projects for lots of great clients (big and small), - Lots of flexibility, - Dog-friendly office, - Cool office, nice vibes, - Various "Shape clubs" - great benefit, - Shape culture is unique. I know what I am saying, having previous experience with different international companies

      Cons

      Cannot think of any. I see that lots of reviews mention average salaries but that may only be partially true if compared with larger international giants
