      Pros

      A team of extremely dedicated and passionate people working for children and elderly patients in the Low and middle income countries. Communications are open, trust based and people are helpful, collaborative and fun to work with.

      Cons

      The role requires traveling on weekends. And to some of the difficult to reach regions. But that's fun too as you see the impact of your work directly in the field. And recieve lots of love and respect.
