Pros

Good people who work hard to try and bring to fruition what is sold. The solutions and program management folks in NA are stellar.

Cons

Servify over forecasted for NA and I found North America is primarily directed from India which is a real problem. NA is more competitive and a more mature market resulting in unrealistic expectations of gaining market share in NA. Over hired and then after relatively short time had to perform a reduction in force globally. I left a good job to come to Servify and then got laid off. I should have never left my previous employer for this "rocket ship" as the rocket was apparently low on fuel. Automation is touted but lacking without the volume to support the cost, thus not utilized.
