Pros

Work is good - thats the only pos thing

Cons

Since it is formed out of CA technologies, it is biased towards the CA people most. And that too gets reflected during hikes and appraisal. They are the only ones to get hikes and bonuses. Also there is too much of micromanagement and politics going on the floor, that are clearly visible to the naked eye. No recognition for good / outstanding work done. Product management is literally a joke, changing requirements every day. Please stay away from this company and dont join to spoil your career.

it's sad to say, but there are no pros

the lowest of low-budget operations poor work environment hostile people no business process discipline or accountability bring your own PC or use an ancient down-rev model exceptionally poor management with zero ability to lead and mentor no effort to maintain, engage, retain employees execs hired their children who have no professional work experience adding to the "free-for-all" they are trying to salvage and sell an aged product in a very competitive and saturated market their chatbot is a me-too offering that's poorly implemented without any focus on the customer experience and hence is not selling
