Not a good company anymore

Pros

In my experience, the company has changed significantly over the past few years, especially in operations management. HR does a great job and is very supportive, but there seems to be a disconnect between leadership decisions and employee well-being. Those bad decisions are fron directors level

Cons

Compensation is below market compared to similar roles outside the company. The work environment has become challenging, and there has been noticeable turnover among experienced employees. This has impacted project quality, with less experienced staff taking on more responsibilities.

Pros

After almost 5 years here, I can say: - All the people working here are really nice - You have an awesome work-life balance - Different opportunities to grow technically

Cons

- It's mostly Atlassian-centric. If you don't want to grow in this stack, you will get stuck quickly inside the company. - Improving your salary inside the company is not an easy task - With the latest restructuring, I feel it has lost a bit of its identity (the one I met 4 years ago)

Pros

-Rocketeers are good people; the majority are very collaborative and kind with each other. -Work from home gives you freedom (at times) -There's good intentions in most of people

Cons

-Changes don't make sense most of the time -Leadership is not aligned, their ideas and decisions collide constantly -Very underpaid employees -Delivery team is expected to work 40 billable hours a week + administrative tasks and trainings that are invisible and not count -Extra hours are not always paid, or underpaid -Job description doesn't match what they ask you to do. "Everyone can do everything" culture, but without a salary that reflects the effort
