      Pros

      You work with best people in the industry. The benefits and compensation is quite fair and really good. No toxicity. Amazing management and amazing leadership with great vision.

      Pros

      Ability to work from home 2 days. Benefits are good. The staff are great and they have barbeques in the summer.

      There aren't any real cons to working here other than maybe salary could be a little higher.

      Upper management is two-faced

      Pros

      Most employees are kind. Employees across all departments are severely underpaid while upper management is severely over paid. Annual raises are non-existant and when they do happen, it's only $0.25 per hour. CEO is paid $500,000.00

      Cons

      Head of HR is two-faced and dishonest. Keep your distance. Zero public transport in Ottawa - must have vehicle. Pay is unappealing. Severely lacks female leadership.
