Good staff discount after probation period passed.

Cons

-No comission schemes -The salary is the minimum wage not even the London living wage. -Terrible uniform overall, they just change it when the staff is actively complaining about being freezing or biking inside the store. -The management has no idea how to run a fashion company. -They don’t care about their staff. -False advertisement (which is illegal), they promise you things on the interview and then they are not going to do nothing. -Micromanagement -HR department doesn’t exist (literally it doesn’t) -No flexibility in the shifts, you work all day.
