Remote work culture provides flexibility and convenience. An SOP driven company which provides opportunities to work on multiple projects and gain diverse experience. Segwitz Mastery Meeting is held every few months, where the company shares its future plans and vision which is helpful for understanding the company's direction. Developers are given with ample chances to grow within the supportive environment.

- Start use of AI within organization - Managers needs to be a bit more technical
