I don't think there are any Pros.
Cons
Cons are too much - Late time work, even we have to do the development works at home. - Very bad culture - Heavy pressure (specially Juniors) - Improper way to describe a project, like without BRD or Any project meeting we have to do the developments. - No Bonus, No Salary hike, No Goodies/Swags. - No holiday on Saturday. - Unnecessary salary deduction. - The HRM is useless. It's only to apply leave or see who's absent. - And many more negative points.
