      Pros

      Open and interactive culture, people are very supportive towards each other.

      Cons

      Same as other companies, if you get a bad manager you might not get the smooth functioning of things required. Blessed to get a really good one.

      Pros

      Exciting projects that encompass the oil and gas sector plus opportunities in the renewable, up and coming energy technologies. The people are consistently the best part of working at Scovan.

      Cons

      High workloads and lots of new people trying to get up to speed fast. The management team seems dedicated and hardworking but are maybe too involved in the day to day activities which has a negative effect on team management.
