      Exciting projects that encompass the oil and gas sector plus opportunities in the renewable, up and coming energy technologies. The people are consistently the best part of working at Scovan.

      Cons

      High workloads and lots of new people trying to get up to speed fast. The management team seems dedicated and hardworking but are maybe too involved in the day to day activities which has a negative effect on team management.

      Good Culture Many social events with food and snacks. Outdoor events

      Cons

      High work pressure and stress Short deadlines for projects and tasks. Not overtime paid work, just you will be asked to work for free, no hours banking. Not paid well for juniors compared to market. No life balance.
