Pros
I like management, colleagues and friendly atmosphere. In addition, we are creating a library not an app and our customers are also developers which is really cool. Finally, contributing to the fastest in the world data visualisation library makes me fill really proud.
Cons
Company is not very big and sometimes you need to do different things at once like programming TypeScript, c++, setting up CI/CD, writing documentation. It is interesting, but can be challenging.
