Pros
A very cool idea that I still believe in. Big dreams and rapid innovation. It was this belief and hope that kept me going those two years.
Cons
Horrible work culture and atmosphere. No support from managers (I had 4 in my two years there as they either quit or were fired). High turnover and employees take their knowledge with them, leaving new employees to relearn everything. Corruption, fraud, and mismanagement at the top levels. Lots of travel that they do not warn you about. They claim to support NM jobs but hire almost entirely out-of-state or out-of-country.
