Sambla offers quite good salaries, nice offices, and paths for advancing and learning.
Cons
The company culture is not for everyone and feels quite forced upon you in many ways. I got the feeling that you need to smile and be happy at all times, and join as many company events as possible otherwise you will be seen as an outsider. I also felt that there was a lot of confusion around ownership, processes, and a lack of management. I see this as a sign of growing pains due to hiring a lot of people during a short period of time.
