The company is largely run by relatives and close connections of the management. Hiring, promotions, and decisions are all driven by personal relationships — not merit, skills, or performance. Talent is irrelevant here. 3. The management holds positions purely because of family ties, not capability. Technical decisions are made by people with little to no technical understanding, which creates a frustrating and chaotic work environment for anyone who actually knows their craft. 4. The laptops and equipment provided are laughably outdated — we're talking hardware that belongs in a museum. Working with these tools daily is a productivity killer and reflects how little the company invests in its employees. I'd strongly advise anyone to reconsider before joining. Being between jobs is genuinely a better position than working here. Your time, your career, and your growth are too valuable to be wasted in this environment.
