      Pros

      This company is growing, company provides regular communication, listen to and create new ideas, company understand work life balance to some extent. Co workers here are also great.. have a great team over here. The onboarding experience was also good. If you have a proper attitude and eagerness to learn this is the place there sky is the limit.

      Cons

      yes there are some and there will be some but am sure that core management will surely take care of that things .
