      Toxic and Hostile Work Environment

      Pros

      Free coffee and fruit at work. I'm typing to meet the 20 word minimum requirement, it is THAT hard to come up with pros for this company.

      Cons

      Upper management is vindictive and disingenuous, they have no problem look you in the eyes and lie about the "merit based promotion" at the interviews. If you are looking for a job for 3 months before moving on to better things, go for it; but you will not get a career here, because unless you are family and friends of the president and COO of the company, you will be treated like crap, let along moving up. You will never meet the ridiculous quota, and you can get fired or hours cut down because some executive didn't like something you said.

      Pros

      Free coffee and refreshments for workers. Free cake for all during monthly birthday celebrations. Also, you can listen to pandora/iheartradio while reviewing traffic cam footage.

      Cons

      Reviewing red-light camera videos for hours can be extremely repetitive. Ridiculous red-light reviewing quotas. Managers/supervisors are former reviewers.... from 3 years ago. Supervisors will train you on the way to review videos faster, but their techniques were from 3-5 years ago, when quotas were low. The company has grown since then, and has taken on too many videos than they can handle. High turnover, will terminate employment for ANYTHING....

      Pros

      I will start off by saying that this is a job that should be looked at as a nice little gig to make some $ while you're in college. It's not the type of job I would recommend anyone to do, full time. The environment was nice. Of course, you'll run into people you may not particulary care for, but that's anywhere yougo int his world. I got along well with most people and the snacks in the breakroom are always stocked and pretty good. SafeSpeed was a safe haven for me to make some extra $ while I was home from college. Now, I've spread my wings and am working in my field at another company, post graduation.

      There weren't any cons, from my perspective.
