Salary will be very accurate release on every last day on monthly.

The management always has many meaningless meetings and without proper instruction, and always 1 position needs working in 3 different departments, making the job totally overwhelming. And the worst part is no incentive or any bonus to keep the employer motivated. Management consistently conducts unproductive meetings and fails to provide clear instructions. Each position requires an individual to perform the duties of three different departments, leading to an overwhelming workload. Furthermore, there is a distinct lack of incentives or bonuses to maintain employee motivation.
