      Pros

      really no pros on this one.

      Cons

      they have hour meetings right before you're about to leave for the day, and they also don't know what they're doing, so, overall, really frustrating. Two sisters run the company, and they're not nice to literally anyone one and are toxic.

      Pros

      If you like working overtime without getting paid, awarded with Starbucks or Pizza to stay late to talk about what could have been a conversation during work hours, then this is the place to work!

      Cons

      To know a great company, you must work for a crappy one. I suggest working here to learn about what you want in a business environment that you don't want to work for. You won't grow your career, your opinion doesn't matter, your time doesn't matter and you don't matter. By working here, you'll grow as a person and know what you will tolerate from people and future employers.

      Pros

      You're given a lot of autonomy and responsibility within your role; unlike larger organizations. Training opportunities available. Generously rewarded for my work at annual review. Casual, fun environment. Free meals all the time.

      Cons

      There were some short-lived wrong hires during the pandemic who were lazy or dealing with personal issues. They brought morale down. Otherwise great place to work for like-minded creative, hardworking people.
