      No pros at all here.

      Micromanaging at its finest Technology is outdated by 10 years Other auto makers have instituted this technology while theyre still trying to get into the market Working on a project where they use auto park but theyre using parts from China but claiming OEM and parts from China are not reliable The founder claims to have her 3rd startup but she was only a board member in the other start ups She will lie to you and make you work on an outdated company Founder claims valuation at $125million but only 15 ppl working First paycheck takes 6 weeks to pay you and they blame it on ADP but in reality they have no money

      - Founder and CEO is exceptional leader in Cybersecurity domain. - Interesting tasks in Cybersecurity and systems level work. - Understanding management. - Initiatives are welcomed. - Small team but gets the work done. - Able to hire employees with right potential globally.

      Very interesting work on a diverse range of technical products. Friendly and supportive team. Management style provides enough latitude for individuals to take initiative to propose and build solutions.

      Cons

      Smaller teams require individuals to take much more initiative to seek out solutions for technical problems.
