1. Fast-Paced Environment: While the fast-paced nature of the work can be exciting, it might not suit everyone. Managing tight deadlines and handling complex projects can be challenging at times, requiring a high level of commitment and adaptability. 2. Limited On-Site Amenities: SQL Power Group's office in Toronto lacks some of the amenities that larger tech companies may offer, such as on-site gyms or cafeterias. However, we employees are given a benefits allowance that can be spent on gym members, bus passes, etc. so it is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive work experience. In summary, my time at SQL Power Group has been filled with learning, growth, and a sense of belonging.
