Pros
A lot of young and talented people works there, it is nice to know them all. Since it is like a start up evryday is a surprise, you can not know what you will face today. Workload can be excessive but it teaches you a lot.
Cons
You don’t know when you will get fired. Ceo and cto can get decisions nonsense. Workload can be excessive and you might be escalated by your clients because of the late action.
