Very very unorganized - Simone Perele comes from france and they have a very traditional point of business - Poor communications - zero mission or value so very difficult to project yourself there for longterm goals

Quiet office with friendly coworkers, ability to work independently, fair workload, responsibilities split equally amongst coworkers, good hours and flexibility

Cons

Rude and unprofessional upper management who nitpick on non-work related issues and takes stress out on employees, which makes for a very tense work environment at times

- Depending your position you might get a good work-life balance - The product is well made and it you get good discounts - Some of the people are very nice

Cons

-They have limited salary budget so be prepared to be underpaid the industry average for your job -There was incidents of bullying by upper management -Team in France has a large degree of control and only does what would benefit their market, If the marketing material doesn't suit your location -tough luck. If the product sells well in one country but not in France well they won't go out of their way to help you. -Constant delays of projects -Working with some people from other departments was not easy -Constant miscommunication -No proper processes in place
