      Pros

      They have good projects, that's the only good thing about it. They can't offer high salaries or rather don't want to that's why they end up recruiting fresh graduates only.

      Cons

      - You'll work until you reach burnout - Lack of respect from the administration towards employees (use of slurs) - You'll work during weekends and even during sick leaves and holidays.

      Nothing, this company will suck you dry, won't respect your time or your contributions and will mock you for asking for more money

      this company makes use of freshly graduated students. the pay is so little toxic environment managers have no idea what they are doing the ceo must learn how to speak to employees.
