      Pros

      I enjoyed the Research and Design projects combining app building, tech and design.

      Cons

      Big turnover and when I left after nearly 2 years 80% of employees had been changes.

      Pros

      Travel benefits to a certain extent. Not very inclusive in terms of extending of benefits. Depending on your manager and bosses, if you’re lucky, you’ll be well looked after. Otherwise, expect to be micromanaged - especially by scholars who think they’re all that.

      Cons

      Salary way below market rate Hardly any chance for promotion Hierarchical Withhold final salary beyond legally acceptable Charges you for literally everything No PSB despite making profits and no longer in the red Waste money and resources on redundant projects that has no clear goal nor path to success. Always at a stalemate because of budget constraints Years of toxic culture so may be hard to stray away from. Afterall most bosses have a “if it’s not broken, don’t have to fix it” attitude.
