      Experience across all verticals because everyone does multiple jobs -- as a sales person i've been across Professional services, R&D teams, operations, technical teams, marketing etc. flexible work hours

      Cons

      Will make you do multiple jobs and not increase pay, will often change your position or move you around where needed to fill gaps with no recognition, little opportunity for advancement
