Talented, kind people who genuinely cared about doing good work. Supportive direct manager who tried to advocate for the team and fostered a positive, encouraging environment. Exposure to cross-functional work and a dedication to developing new hires' understanding of the business.
Cons
Despite hiring senior-level creatives, it became clear that leadership lacked a clear plan for utilizing their skills to further their marketing strategy. Written work was expected to utilize generative AI like ChatGPT, which didn’t align with the role as it was described. Communication from leadership around direction, value, and long-term vision for marketing was minimal, making it hard to feel invested or empowered.
