Pros
- Firm team with joyful environment ( when boss is not there ) - Comfort office - Free water and snacks - Chances to taste both frontend and backend - Seldom OT - Raising idea is encouraged ( rarely being accepted, take your own risk ;) ) - Payoff on time - Chances to "learn" from the boss ( for both work and music )
Cons
- Emotional boss and strange senior staff - Absent of project management - Absent of DevOps, CI/CD, unit testing, coding styles, etc. - Always do meeting right before lunch time - Always blame employee for some personal stuff - Depth of tech spec and skill is relatively shallow - Sales driven business, heavy tech debt - Senior dev are not so senior - Obedient is praised in here
