Management is not a word in their dictionary. The company is going bankrupt and salaries are reduced by 30% and delayed by months, if you had to leave you don't get anything back. As it's a family business the HR pipes whatever the company gains to their family while the workers have been in debt for months. Sometimes you have to pay from your own pocket and beg them for your money. Be sure to get in debt before joining.
