Pay raises here only once a year never promising dates. Hard to grow within the company don’t not see any growth. Some of the management office/warehouse could be micromanaging. The holiday bonuses used to be great but now it only $200 bucks with taxes. Dirty breakrooms with roaches crawling everywhere inside the office and the warehouse also same for the restroom. negative behaviors, lack of trust, poor communication, and unethical practices that negatively impact employee well-being and productivity

Holds in to bad employees too long.
