- the team really cares about the work they do and the mission of the company - leadership is committed to improving access to healthcare - fully remote
Cons
- miss out on more personal interactions with colleagues since it is remote - somewhat disorganized but that is typical for a startup
A great team where everyone is genuinely interested in helping others (internally and community-wide) and contributing to a well-run organization.
The onboarding process was organized and efficient, and new colleagues were warm, welcoming and helpful from day 1.
There's a good mix of collaboration via meetings and time to work on projects at my own pace.
I look forward to helping Rocket Doctor blast into the future!
Cons
No real cons. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that it's slightly difficult to get to know peers on a personal level - as a virtual company, there are fewer opportunities for this, although the various virtual staff events do offset this as much as possible!
