      Pros

      This is a great team with a fantastic level of talent in the digital marketing arena here in Brevard. RPS has developed a thoughtful leadership structure and an open communication culture. I have learned so much from everyone I work with and would recommend any agency or organization look into working with this team to improve their digital marketing efforts.

      Cons

      The schedule is structured but very fair. People who are used to more independance in scheduling may struggle at first, but the team is understanding and flexible.
