Pros

- free snacks - great camaraderie because everyone hates that place so it's easy to find common ground - strong airconditioning

Cons

- time management doesnt exist for the bosses, they expect you to do last minute work like informing you at 5pm that they need it tomorrow morning at 10am - Brian likes to sound damn proud and please with himself during the morning meetings when he has a packed schedule like a meeting every hour but it's disgusting because he drags his meetings and so your 11am meeting may end up at 4pm or never but he will never acknowledge it's his fault but the staff fault for not pushing him. - Erwin needs to grow up and stop sucking and licking his thumb all day during meeting, not only is it a hygiene issue during covid but like how does any of us take you seriously when you behave like a child? - meetings can be done in half an hour or one hour but nope, they will make you make changes to things that can be done on your own time or they could send out an agenda for the meeting so you can prepare instead of doing it during the meeting itself - they love to do documentation, they have Monday.com, hundreds of SOPs with various versions and processes that are 1) never followed by themselves or anyone, 2) a poor measurement of success of the company and 3) a massive stroke to their ego that they have company documentation and processes. - they are broke. 7/8 of the staff are interns whom are subsidized by Enterprise Singapore because they cannot afford salaries even for interns. the remaining 1/8 of the staff are on some government funding which they cannot afford to pay after the funding ends. - HR was an intern. now they hire a in house accountant (used to be 2 part time university student doing their finances) to do HR when like, HR and accounts are two separate roles? - if you are a female that loves acting cute, wear low cut and tight clothes and loves to suck up to the bosess, please apply cause they will close both eyes to everything you do and commend you for nothing that you do. - lastly, they are not flexible, not a start up environment nor are they growing internationally. they are a mess, they lie about everything during the interview and it's not a start up environment, it's non existent time management.

Terrible

Pros

Competitive pay for part timers

Cons

The operations team is a bunch of brainless people who just love making things hard for coding educators. I don't understand why they are so free to be creating useless rules or spend time arguing with parents over minor issues. The people planning and organizing operations are also crazily ridiculous, having bad planning of rooms and troubling the other full-timers, and then scolding you for small issues... Wouldnt recommend it, you'll be much happier elsewhere compared to this place with extremely bad management. Full-timers have it a lot worse than part-timers, and their pay is not even competitive. Just No.

Worst Company to work with

Pros

- Flexible Time based on school project on weekday only

Cons

- Full-Timer is just treated like an asset & will slot you into the worst slot that part-timer pick left - Nobody will value your hardwork and no career growth at all - No control on your leaves such as ph & off-in-lieu because you are just an asset - Forced you to learn in very short period and dont care you know the module well or not just go anyhow teach (ps: no training provided) - The boss dont care about anything as long as you dont get complain by parent - I heard they recently implement more and more procedure and system and will become "better" (ps: better for them not you the worker)
