      the weddings and sometimes the clients you work with. good experience for new photographer

      Cons

      rough editing style, poor communication and training. things would change everyday and they blame you for things they never communicated. they don't take accountability for their mistakes. it's basically a family business that got big on sales but cannot execute any promises made to employees or clients. pay is poor

      Super high employee turnover makes availabilities for lots of positions frequently

      Cons

      Poor communication (during hiring process and while on staff) overbooking contractors underpaying contractors undertraining new hires falsely advertising responsibilities for roles while hiring doesn't pay contractors or staff on time Doesn't care for employees in the face of customer dissatisfaction
