      Pros

      They allow us to work full remote. You are not forced to go to the office at all. But you can go if you would like to at the same time. The flexibility is pretty good.

      Cons

      There are not much concerns for me. I guess that the field is about specific product, so if you want to involve with wide range of technical things it may not be for you.

      Pros

      Honesty and transparent conversation are one of the main values the company focuses on. I believe that is very crucial for both employees and employers. The company promotes creative and innovative thinking. There are lots of opportunities for employees to grow and anyone can contribute ideas. The workload is bearable. As long as your target is on track, they don't micro-manage the employee. Fully remote company. The benefit is a mid-range benefit. Not that bad but can be better.
