The company promotes creative and innovative thinking. There are lots of opportunities for employees to grow and anyone can contribute ideas. The workload is bearable. As long as your target is on track, they don't micro-manage the employee. Fully remote company. The benefit is a mid-range benefit. Not that bad but can be better.
