I would strongly advise candidates to carefully evaluate this organization before joining. In my experience, the work culture is highly toxic, with significant challenges around communication, leadership, and collaboration. The U.S. leadership team often appeared disconnected from ground realities, and interactions could come across as rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily hierarchical. There seemed to be a service-based mindset that limited ownership and innovation. Most concerning was the lack of effective people management. Many individuals in leadership positions would benefit from formal training in empathy, communication, and team management before being entrusted with leading others.
