There are very few companies that are not only building something really cool, that solves the current problems businesses are facing, but also have a great culture with focus on working remote. The employee support space is HOT right now and being a startup, everyone understands the objective- Growth! Rezolve.ai provides great opportunity to experiment new things that keeps the work interesting. The founders understand the challenges the team faces and appreciate the work done by every team member. Another thing that makes the work interesting is focus on using latest tools that help in improving the collaboration between teams and increasing productivity

Cons

Due to hybrid work culture, many employees in different departments haven't interacted much. This has caused a little disconnect.

1. Overtime without pay 2. Manager insults you if you don't do overtime under extremely short deadlines 3. Poisonus work culture. 4. You will be constantly looked down upon. 5. No long term employee retention policy. 6. No leave or holiday policy.( you need to even work on holidays) 7. Project not streamlined. 8. Extreme micromanagement
