Over the past year, our team has grown significantly. As with any small company, growing pains are to be expected. We recently made a few organizational changes and implemented processes/systems to help improve the overall company structure and operation as we scale.

They have no idea what they are doing and consistently make poor decisions based on lack of expertise, lack of financing, and lack of ethics. No one is experienced in the job they are currently doing and almost no one has actual pharma industry experience to support their title or power. The office in Bend is dominated by a Bro culture that is offensive as any I've encountered. And one jerk VP seems to rule the place and he has the least drug development experience of them all. Backstabbing and sudden firings are the norm with this jerk who sees every conversation as a loyalty test and bullies people until he gets his way. The CEO is absolutely ineffectual as a leader and they are losing people right and left through their own stupidity and thirst for kingdom building within their function. Their stock is as worthless as the company which is somehow on NASDAQ but does't have the supporting infrastructure that is needed to grow or thrive. There is no real HR function and zero IT support. They do not have an adequate project team process, team collaboration tools, or oversight system in place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
