There is an atmosphere of professionalism and being able to count on your colleagues that has allowed the entire company to grow. I've been able to gain more freedom in my schedule while simultaneously gain more meaning and passion for what I do.
Cons
We deal with international clients, so you have to have a flexible schedule. This could be a positive if you like working across different timezones (ie Skype)
