Flexible Schedule. Kindness. Generous. Sincere. Leaders. Pour into their employees to ensure they feel welcomed and part of the team (mostly remote workers). Excellent pay & benefits.

-CEO will speak FOR you, even decides how much his wife can work out... -If you disagree, explain your thought process, etc you are gaslit and told to stop being defensive. -It doesn't matter how much experience you have in your specific area--you must do things (even think) exactly as instructed. -They will say all the right things when it comes to company values, but if you are not a middle aged white woman, expect to be marginalized even further. (and fired should you choose to speak about it). - You WILL NOT advance. You WILL NOT learn new things. They do NOT want differing opinions -- the CEO is an older white man that appears as someone interested in diversity and women in power, but truly wants submissive employees that shut up.
