Work life balance. Flexibility. Mostly friendly colleagues. Good benefits. Freebies from clients. Ability to get large discounts/freebies by completing client visits yourself.
Cons
Flexibility - a con because it’s only when it suits management. You will likely be asked to do other people jobs often. Mistakes get reported to management straight away and regardless of severity, it’s escalated and dramatised. Always wanting to save money on staff rather than other expenses. Once decisions are made by management, you can only deal with it, HR isn’t much help. Lack of parking outside the office. Office too small for growing team.
