Great freedom to engage in new projects & opportunities. Lots of free time in between seasons.
Cons
Terrible pay, long hours, inconsistent management and lack of commitment to projects when push comes to shove. A great place to start out, certainly an amazing lifestyle, but the pay is not enough to live in Switzerland year round.
