You will get some experience of working in a filthy environment. Would definitely help in being satisfied with all your next jobs, companies, bosses, compensation, work place etc. Because this one is the worst possible.

A long list to go actually. But I would bring out some prominent ones here. First of all the management does not stick to its own words. Whole company is derived by biases and favouritism. Founders do not have any sincerity and seriousness towards their clients or employees. Worst work culture. No level of ethical decorum followed in the company. Unrealistic expectations from employees. Founders believe in playing blame game among the employees and team. No proper performance or appraisal cycle followed, this is completely driven by favourtism . most important there is no assurance you would receive ur variable component of the salary and reimbursemts so just rely on fixed Sal that you have in ur hand. They do not value their employees at all.
