      there is no process, employee work in f*ar. 1. No structure, every ch*la Manager here. 2. You can work in a brick factory but not here. 3. They hold salary after resign. 4. Hire and fire is coomon. 5. Management only favors friend or family. 6. Skills not matter they want good behavior, only god knows. 7. No knowledge gain. 8. very less pay. 9. Everything lie here. 10. 3 month notice period. 11. Huge c*rruption. 12. Strict leave policy

      ->Work is never appreciated. ->Management is only focused on wasting developers time and still expect the project deliveries on time. ->3 months of notice period.(Employee will not be informed at the time of releasing the offer) -> Management is not experienced in management. -> Nepotism preferred over skills. -> Worst part is having a laptop monitoring tool is mandatory in work from home.
