Pros

Free snacks Lunch and dinner available

Cons

There are employees in remotestate who excels at nothing but backbiting, gossip, and sowing discord not only among the team but the whole office, and some of those employees are keep choosing and defending by the founders. I can’t emphasize enough how completely ineffective and unprofessional upper management is. Some project managers skillset is limited to backbiting, rumor-mongering, gossiping with ceo and founders, playing politics and nothing else. If you encounter these project managers in Remotestate never join this company, trust me, and the way CEO and Founders are partial towards them and promoting them is highly disappointing for each and every member in the company.

Pros

Work load is ample, but sometime it is gets hectic.

Cons

- favoritism among employees - management is entirely controlled by founders, to much control - food although is home like, but is worse in comparison - behave to employee as personal servant - constant cursing specially by founders and seniors - not consider employee knowledge and experience while assigning tasks and expects fast results - play with young IT workers careers by disregarding their responsibility of first company towards them - fire and hire on regular basis, no relationship building with new employees
