We like the fact that you think that our company offers good work-life balance and good opportunities for candidates to learn. These are definitely the aspects of the company that we take pride in and make sure that this continues to be very core to our culture.
During the pandemic months, we did see a slowdown in the projects and slowed our hiring as well. However, I would like to add that this story is steadily changing for us as we have bagged a few new projects and many more are in the pipeline. Hirings have also picked up and in the coming months, we look forward to a very positive scenario.
