      Clean office, but toxic management and unrealistic expectations

      Clean office. Computer is provided.

      Cons

      Management is not good. They don’t care about their employees. Pay is not adequate for what they expect of you. You’re expected to work overtime but that information is not relayed to you upon being hired. It’s stated that PTOis unlimited but it’s not and it’s a super big hassle to get approved for PTO. Individual accommodations are not made when needed. Standards are extremely unrealistic. Overall toxic environment.

      Pros

      It was an incredible opportunity to jump start my career. Fast paced, problem solving culture. The team is focused on solving real problems for customers and everyone is rewarded based on performance.

      Cons

      With a lot of opportunity came a lot of responsibility. For me that’s great and I thrived in an environment where I could wear multiple hats, but that’s not for everyone.
